Giving Back To 135 Non-Profits: The Monthlies Project

To celebrate The Boldt Company’s 135th anniversary, we launched the 135 Thanks Campaign this fall to celebrate Boldt’s history and our long-standing commitment to our communities.

In the weeks ahead, we will spotlight some of the 135 team members selected to participate in the campaign. Each employee shares why they chose their nonprofit to receive a $500 donation from The Boldt Family Foundation.

Employee: Amanda Welsh

Organization: The Monthlies Project

Why: “I wanted to choose a charity that supports women. The Monthlies Project helps women who lack access to menstrual products by providing supplies to schools, homeless shelters and anyone who may need assistance. It also addresses period poverty through education and advocacy. I’m fond of The Monthlies Project because they are outside the box and not something you typically hear of.”
