The Boldt Company Appoints Higman as Vice President of Regional Construction Operations for California

A graduate of Oregon State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Engineering, Higman has more than 25 years of experience in the construction industry, including five years with The Boldt Company. She joined Boldt as a Project Executive supporting the Sacramento team before advancing to the role of Operations Manager. In that capacity, she played a pivotal role in guiding project teams, establishing consistent operational processes and supporting the delivery of complex Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) projects across the region.

In her new role, Higman will work closely with the General Manager, Regional Safety leader and operational leadership teams to ensure all California projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in alignment with Boldt’s standard operating procedures. She also will help to shape regional operational strategy, develop and apply consistent performance metrics, and guide continuous improvement initiatives to support sustained regional growth.

As Boldt’s California business continues to expand, driven by strong market demand and recent major project awards, Higman will lead long-term staffing and organizational planning during a period of rapid, multiyear growth.
