New Perspective Senior Living
Boldt has partnered with New Perspective Senior Living to develop three high-end senior living projects in Wisconsin and Minnesota. Ranging from 128 to 145 units and 172,000 to 200,000 SF, the new senior living centers offer residents a mix of independent and assisted living apartments. Additionally, each center has a designated secure memory care neighborhood, known as “Betty’s Harbor.”
Each facility includes a spacious two-story lobby and reception area with fireplaces, water features and natural stone appointments. The exterior views and natural light in each community play an integral part in creating a warm, open atmosphere. The wellness centers that are part of each community feature state-of-the-art equipment specifically designed for the senior exercise experience, including an indoor warm-water therapy pool kept at a constant 93°F. Residents have a number of dining choices available to them such as the restaurant-style dining room with a grand fireplace, café and relaxing pub. Other amenities include a full-service beauty salon/spa, activity center, movie theater and dance hall.
