As Chief Human Resources Officer and Executive Vice President, Holly leads our human resources strategy. She oversees talent management, succession planning, performance management, process development and improvement, training and development, organizational effectiveness, compensation and benefits and labor relations.

She also plays a critical role as a member of the strategic planning team, helping to shape the future of human resources to align with all organizational strategies, ensuring The Boldt Group achieves and promotes a diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace.

Dave Kievet

As President and Chief Executive Officer, Dave sets corporate direction and provides leadership to all entities of The Boldt Group.

Dave has worked the last 20 years to develop, implement and integrate Lean concepts for project delivery, as well as innovative contracting strategies such as Boldt’s Integrated Lean Project Delivery® approach. With more than 35 years of construction experience, Dave brings deep knowledge across market sectors, from healthcare to heavy industrial.

Stacy has held business development and marketing positions at leading professional service firms in the built environment for more than three decades. She has a pulse on the current construction market and knows how to strategically data and other insights to build strong relationships and drive growth in Boldt’s key market segments.

Jake Ruatti

Chief Financial Officer

Jake leads all of The Boldt Group’s accounting and financial functions across Boldt and all its entities. He has introduced more sophisticated financial reporting and benchmarking, embraced innovative technology and instilled more sophisticated practices in Boldt’s forecasting. His financial practices and leadership have positioned the organization for future growth. He also manages the Audit Committee, adds oversight for tax and treasury and is a trustee of the retirement plans.

He provides oversight for our Operational Excellence program as well as the continued development of the Boldt Business System, which includes our Management, Operating and People Systems. A multi-talented leader with an exemplary track record in both manufacturing and healthcare industries, Doug enables all Boldt entities to deliver consistent, high-quality projects with drastically reduced time and material waste over industry standards.

Liz Larner

Chief Legal Officer

As Chief Legal Officer, Liz leads The Boldt Group on all corporate legal matters, including corporate structure, ethics programs, insurance and governance, the Boldt ESOP, mergers and acquisitions, risk training, mentoring and licensing.

Liz has a wide range of legal counsel experience, with expertise in M&A and corporate transactions, construction law, employment law and union negotiations. Liz is passionate about and skilled at implementing practical, business-minded risk mitigation strategies.

Jeff Niesen

Jeff is responsible for overall business leadership, including pre-construction, construction management, value engineering, planning, contract administration and safety programs. He works with the project principal, integrated teams and all areas of his staff to make sure we are delivering projects to maximum satisfaction for each owner.

Will Lichtig

Will is a nationally recognized leader in the Lean and integrated project delivery methods. He has been at the forefront in developing our Integrated Lean Project Delivery® (ILPD) process. He leads by example with his drive for innovation and commitment to continual improvement, Lean processes and problem solving.

Will works with teams across The Boldt Group to develop and implement Lean processes for target value design, Lean production planning and control, built-in quality, Lean problem-solving and other innovative approaches to project delivery. He shares his experience and Lean project delivery knowledge to coach Boldt project leaders on the skills required to implement these innovative methods.

Steve Schultz

Executive Vice President of Special Projects

Steve’s role entails coaching and mentoring General Managers new to their positions in The Boldt Company’s operating groups. This taps Steve’s expertise in people development and collaboration including preparing others to perform at the highest level.  

Before assuming this role, Steve most recently led Boldt’s operations and office locations in Minnesota and brings 30+ years of construction experience with the company to his work.

Klas Berghede

Vice President of Production & Innovation

Klas is a leader in industrialized construction, Integrated Lean Project Delivery® and prefabrication/modular construction. Throughout his 15+-year career at The Boldt Group, Klas has helped lead the development of our innovative prefabrication manufacturing capability, pushing Boldt to the forefront of the industry in prefabrication and modular construction. He works closely with Boldt clients and project teams to help develop prefabrication plans that align with clients’ needs, implementing solutions in the field and overseeing the prefabrication production.

Randy Haak

Chief Legal Officer

As Chief Legal Officer, Randy leads The Boldt Group on all corporate legal matters, including corporate structure, ethics programs, insurance and governance, the Boldt ESOP, mergers and acquisitions, risk training, mentoring and licensing.

Randy brings with him a wide range of legal counsel experience with a concentration on construction law, banking and finance law, and employment and discrimination law. He has been lead counsel on more than 25 bank mergers and acquisitions and advised employers on a wide variety of personnel matters and regulatory compliance issues and has negotiated many employment contracts.
