She also plays a critical role as a member of the strategic planning team, helping to shape the future of human resources to align with all organizational strategies, ensuring The Boldt Group achieves and promotes a diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace.

Greg possesses more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry, with leadership spanning project management, field operations, estimating, virtual design and construction, and strategic planning. Since beginning his career as a Project Manager and Estimator, he has championed a unified office-field culture, driven innovation and fostered collaboration across all aspects of the business.
As President, Greg leads The Boldt Company’s Executive Team and oversees all aspects of company operations, from strategic planning and fiscal management to client relations, safety and cultural alignment.
Greg earned his bachelor of science degree in construction management from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.

Stacy has held business development and marketing positions at leading professional service firms in the built environment for more than three decades. She has a pulse on the current construction market and knows how to strategically data and other insights to build strong relationships and drive growth in Boldt’s key market segments.

Jeff leads construction operations across The Boldt Company, bringing a hands-on approach to leadership, disciplined project controls, Lean construction expertise and a passion for people and safety. In his role, he is responsible for day-to-day operations of the operating groups and the company’s growth in the healthcare, power, industrial, education, automotive and commercial markets.
Prior to assuming the role of COO, Jeff led Boldt’s San Francisco, Sacramento, Oklahoma City and Detroit offices. Collectively, he has 20 years’ experience in the industry. Jeff earned a bachelor’s degree in construction science from the University of Oklahoma.

His financial practices and leadership have positioned the organization for future growth. He also manages the Audit Committee, adds oversight for tax and treasury and is a trustee of the retirement plans.

Sam, a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), leads the accounting and financial functions at The Boldt Company. He ensures adherence to accounting principles, practices and procedures, providing insightful analysis to support the company’s financial goals and maintain transparency. His responsibilities include overseeing accounts payable, cost accounting, financial planning and analysis, and a matrix of financial and accounting professionals across the entire organization. Sam holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in accounting, finance and economics as well as a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh.

Liz has a wide range of legal counsel experience, with expertise in M&A and corporate transactions, construction law, employment law and union negotiations. Liz is passionate about and skilled at implementing practical, business-minded risk mitigation strategies.

Mark has nearly 40 years of varied experience in estimating, structural engineering, design coordination and construction administration to his role. He facilitates excellence in estimating and preconstruction services across The Boldt Company’s operations. This includes management of a core team that supports all Boldt’s location. Mark works with project teams to prepare deliverables to set projects up for success including all aspects of construction costs, material availability, document and constructability review, subcontractor scope and experience evaluation, construction schedules and logistics. He also oversees implementation of all technology used during preconstruction, especially virtual design & construction.

Will is a nationally recognized leader in the Lean and integrated project delivery methods. He has been at the forefront in developing our Integrated Lean Project Delivery® (ILPD) process. He leads by example with his drive for innovation and commitment to continual improvement, Lean processes and problem solving.
Will works with teams across The Boldt Group to develop and implement Lean processes for target value design, Lean production planning and control, built-in quality, Lean problem-solving and other innovative approaches to project delivery. He shares his experience and Lean project delivery knowledge to coach Boldt project leaders on the skills required to implement these innovative methods.

Before assuming this role, Steve most recently led Boldt’s operations and office locations in Minnesota and brings 30+ years of construction experience with the company to his work.

As Chief Legal Officer, Randy leads The Boldt Group on all corporate legal matters, including corporate structure, ethics programs, insurance and governance, the Boldt ESOP, mergers and acquisitions, risk training, mentoring and licensing.
Randy brings with him a wide range of legal counsel experience with a concentration on construction law, banking and finance law, and employment and discrimination law. He has been lead counsel on more than 25 bank mergers and acquisitions and advised employers on a wide variety of personnel matters and regulatory compliance issues and has negotiated many employment contracts.

As General Counsel, Nathan serves as a strong legal professional and partner to The Boldt Company’s executive leaders. He has primary responsibility for legal matters pertaining to the company’s operations including oversight and support of Boldt’s project and commercial contracts, joint ventures, project claims and litigation matters.
Additionally, he provides strategic support for various company initiatives related to Boldt’s risk management function and other corporate strategic initiatives.
