Boldt Real Estate Celebrates Grand Opening of the Nebraska Medicine–Bennington Health Center  

Boldt Real Estate recently joined the University of Nebraska Medical Center (UNMC) in celebrating the grand opening of the Nebraska Medicine – Bennington Health Center in Omaha, a milestone in the continued expansion of community-based primary care across the Omaha metropolitan area.

The new 13,250 SF clinic includes 15 exam rooms, five consult rooms, a diagnostic/X-ray suite and a treatment room. This center is the sixth primary care clinic Boldt Real Estate has developed in partnership with UNMC.

What makes this project especially meaningful is the model behind it: a standardized ambulatory clinic prototype designed to accelerate delivery, create a consistent patient experience and improve operational efficiency across locations.
