Holly Lifke Named a 2027 Titan 100

Holly Lifke, Chief Human Resources Officer and Executive Vice President of The Boldt Group, has been named a 2027 Titan 100, recognizing her leadership and impact at Boldt and beyond. The Titan 100 recognition celebrates accomplished Wisconsin business leaders, and Holly’s selection reflects a career built around creating opportunities for people while helping organizations grow.

Since joining Boldt in 2019, Holly has helped to transform Human Resources from a primarily administrative function into an enterprise-wide business partner focused on supporting operations, developing talent and building the people infrastructure needed for Boldt’s continued growth. In addition to her role as CHRO, Holly has also had oversight of Boldt’s enterprise-wide Information Technology team since early 2026. In this capacity, she provides executive leadership and strategic direction for the function, helping ensure Boldt’s technology strategy, systems, and capabilities are aligned with the company’s broader business and workforce priorities. Her oversight also strengthens the connection between people, technology, and organizational strategy as Boldt continues to evolve.

“Holly is an extraordinary leader who has made a lasting impact on Boldt,” said Dave Kievet, President and CEO, The Boldt Group. “Her ability to connect what’s best for our people with what’s best for our business has helped us grow stronger as an organization. We’re proud to see Holly recognized as a Titan 100 and grateful for the leadership she brings to Boldt every day.”

Creating Extraordinary Opportunities for People
That transformation has touched nearly every part of the employee experience.

Under Holly’s leadership, Boldt established the Human Resources Business Partner model across its operating groups, bringing HR expertise closer to the business while improving consistency across the organization. She also led work to establish a more structured compensation framework and clearer job families and career progression models, giving employees greater visibility into opportunities to grow their careers at Boldt.

Holly also led the evolution of Boldt’s benefits approach into a broader Total Rewards strategy. In 2023, the company introduced personalized Total Rewards Statements to help employees better understand the complete value of their compensation and benefits.

The impact is measurable. Employee retention increased from 81.19% in 2019 to 86.21% in 2026.

Extending the Impact Beyond HR
Holly’s influence also extends to some of the challenges facing the broader construction industry.

She expanded Boldt’s Labor Relations capabilities and helped to build the foundation for the company’s Workforce Development program, creating stronger pathways into construction careers. In 2024, the U.S. Department of Labor recognized Boldt as an Apprenticeship Ambassador for its commitment to expanding Registered Apprenticeship opportunities.

Holly also has made mental health and suicide prevention a leadership priority at Boldt. She established a task force and led the creation of Boldt’s Suicide Awareness and Prevention Program, which equips trained Gatekeepers with education and referral resources to support employees at job sites and offices across the country.

Her commitment to people extends into the community. Holly serves on the Ripon College Board of Trustees and has held committee leadership roles with United Way Fox Cities, while also supporting organizations including Habitat for Humanity and the American Heart Association.

Building for What Comes Next
For Holly, the work isn’t finished.

Her vision for Boldt’s people strategy includes strengthening Enterprise teams, accelerating leadership development and knowledge transfer, expanding experiential learning and stretch assignments and building succession capacity to support the company’s future growth.

It all comes back to an idea closely connected to Boldt’s purpose: creating extraordinary opportunities for people.
