Boldt Secures Top Spots in Crain’s Detroit Business Best Places to Work 2024

The Boldt Company (Boldt) is excited to announce it has been ranked as the #3 Best Place to Work in Southeast Michigan by Crain’s Detroit Business in 2024 out of 93 firms. Additionally, Boldt secured the #2 spot in the Large Firm Category.

Crain collaborated with the Workforce Research Group to evaluate participating companies and review their employer questionnaires. These questionnaires accounted for 20% of the final score and covered aspects such as paid time off, benefits, perks, training, DEI initiatives and more. The employee survey engagement was worth 80% of the score. The survey examined employee experience, role satisfaction, workplace culture, training, leadership and work-life balance.
