Fairfield Medical Center – River Valley Campus
The Fairfield Medical Center (FMC) in Lancaster, Ohio, selected Boldt to assist them in expanding their service offerings to the community, resulting in a 95,000 SF community center for medical care and wellness on the city’s west side. Boldt served as the owner and at-risk developer of the facility and has master leased it to Fairfield Medical Center upon completion of the project. Boldt and FMC have executed a financing structure where ownership will transfer to FMC upon the completion of their lease term. The River Valley Campus will join the Riverview Surgery Center, anchoring FMC’s new West Campus approximately five miles from Fairfield’s main hospital campus in Lancaster.
The River Valley Campus delivers medical care and healthy lifestyles in one convenient location to the people of Lancaster and neighboring communities. Providing convenient, accessible healthcare services is the goal FMC has been focused on bringing to the community with this facility. The facility includes orthopedics, physical therapy, the first warm-water therapy pool in the market, imaging, pharmacy and an emergency department.
