PIH Health – Multi-Specialty Medical Office Building
Boldt Real Estate and The Boldt Company, in partnership with PIH Health, are developing a 112,000 SF multi‑specialty medical office building on the PIH Health Whittier Hospital campus. The new facility will expand access to coordinated outpatient care for communities across Los Angeles and Orange counties by consolidating a broad range of services in one convenient location.
The project stems from a comprehensive systemwide master planning effort, during which PIH Health and Boldt evaluated inpatient and outpatient service lines against 30‑year market projections. This analysis helped identify shifting specialty demand, optimize service distribution across the region, and determine which clinical services should be expanded or introduced on the Whittier campus. The resulting MOB supports PIH Health’s long‑term strategy and strengthens its broader regional network.
