Marshfield Clinic – Stevens Point Cancer Center
Boldt has partnered with Marshfield Clinic numerous times over the years on a variety of projects, including the construction of a new regional cancer center in Stevens Point, Wisconsin. Built as an addition to an existing clinic, the new 24,000 SF cancer center features medical oncology and hematology services with private chemotherapy infusion suites, radiation oncology, a high-dose radiation brachytherapy suite and oncology pharmacy services.
In addition to the addition, Boldt also remodeled roughly 9,000 SF of space within the existing clinic. This remodeling was done on a fast-track schedule, completed in phases so as not to unduly interrupt patient care or clinic operations.

Project Highlights
- The project called for a very aggressive, fast-track schedule. Despite initial estimates from design partners of an 18-month construction schedule, Boldt was able to deliver the project to the owner in a mere 10 months.
- Through a phased approach to remodeling and construction, the clinic was kept fully operational throughout construction.
