Ben is responsible for leading the growth of Boldt’s modular business geographically and across industry sectors. He leads business development initiatives to promote the distinct advantages of Boldt’s innovative modular solutions. This includes the STAAT MOD®® prefabricated ICU modular building product that is helping to transform the healthcare industry’s construction projects.

Ben has more than two decades of knowledge and experience in business development, jobsite project management and engineering. He leads with an emphasis on innovation, Lean fundamentals, continuous improvement and an uncompromising focus on safety. Ben is passionate about building long-term relationships with clientele across the country.

Melanie Taylor

Melanie holds a key leadership role in furthering Boldt’s impact in the industrialized construction space. She leads the modular manufacturing process, ensuring the timeliness, safety, productivity, speed and quality with which Boldt delivers industry-leading modular solutions.

Since joining Boldt in 2005, Melanie has developed and cemented a reputation as a forward-thinking leader, embracing innovation and promoting collaborative team environments. Having demonstrated strong leadership and mastery of various delivery methods, especially CMAR and IPD, across multiple sectors and geographies, she has shown herself to be a dedicated promoter of Lean construction, a savvy problem solver, and a fierce advocate for clients’ goals. These strong suits are well-aligned with the innovative manufacturing practices and environment she leads in modular.
