Her experience with clients gives her unique insight into the challenges healthcare providers face and how Boldt can help meet their needs.

Greg Sabel

President
The Boldt Company

Greg possesses more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry, with leadership spanning project management, field operations, estimating, virtual design and construction, and strategic planning. Since beginning his career as a Project Manager and Estimator, he has championed a unified office-field culture, driven innovation and fostered collaboration across all aspects of the business.

As President, Greg leads The Boldt Company’s Executive Team and oversees all aspects of company operations, from strategic planning and fiscal management to client relations, safety and cultural alignment.

Greg earned his bachelor of science degree in construction management from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.

Karen Carr

Director of Business Development
The Boldt Company

Based in Boldt’s Sacramento office, Karen works to develop and nurture relationships with clients, partners and suppliers in the greater Sacramento area. The entirety of Karen’s 25+-year career has been in the Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) industry, covering the construction management, engineering and architectural spheres. This diversity of experience gives her unique insight into the needs of Boldt’s clients.

Jason Hale

Director of Architecture and Design

As a veteran designer with nearly three decades of experience, Jason has a deep understanding of how the design of our clients’ facilities helps to support their operations and goals. As the leader of Boldt’s internal architecture and design group, Jason leverages his unique blend of design and construction expertise across a wide variety of commercial, healthcare, educational and industrial projects to deliver efficient, innovative, sustainable and constructible design solutions.

Jeff Shipley

Chief Operating Officer
The Boldt Company

Jeff leads construction operations across The Boldt Company, bringing a hands-on approach to leadership, disciplined project controls, Lean construction expertise and a passion for people and safety. In his role, he is responsible for day-to-day operations of the operating groups and the company’s growth in the healthcare, power, industrial, education, automotive and commercial markets.

Prior to assuming the role of COO, Jeff led Boldt’s San Francisco, Sacramento, Oklahoma City and Detroit offices. Collectively, he has 20 years’ experience in the industry. Jeff earned a bachelor’s degree in construction science from the University of Oklahoma.

David Thomack

President—California Operations
The Boldt Company

David is a 40-year veteran of the construction industry who joined Boldt in 2005 and now serves as President of California Operations. David has led successful transformational projects for project owners across the country—including CPMC/Sutter Health, San Francisco Airport, the University of Wisconsin – Madison and Sacred Heart/St. Mary’s Health System. His construction background includes commercial, public sector, healthcare, aviation, and science and technology industries.

David’s experience with operational excellence, strategic visioning, process implementation and Integrated Lean Project Delivery^® has made him a leader in creating and managing successful, collaborative teams in the construction industry.

John Heck

John leads The Boldt Company’s National Power & Industrial division, overseeing operations for some of our most technical and specialized projects nationwide. With more than 40 years of experience with Boldt, John brings a depth and diversity of experience in construction and a strong reputation for promoting internal continual improvement and achieving consistent client satisfaction.

Dale Lewis

Director of Data Centers
The Boldt Company

Based in Boldt’s Waukesha office, Dale leads data center business development efforts across The Boldt Company, a strategic role focused on driving project development and expanding Boldt’s presence in this dynamic sector. In addition, he identifies partnerships with owners and trade partners to drive value, oversees preconstruction services and ensures project teams are set up for success.

Dale leads the team with extensive experience in multi-billion-dollar mission-critical projects, supporting growing data and technological needs, as well as more than 40 years’ experience in the construction industry. He brings expertise in leadership, market trends, delivery models and high-stakes projects. His role is instrumental in advancing innovative, reliable and client-focused solutions in the mission-critical space.

Emily Haupt

As the Vice President of Human Resources for The Boldt Company, Emily develops Boldt’s talent roadmap focused on attracting, developing and retaining the industry’s top talent. Her strong business sense, combined with a communication and corporate talent development background, she provides the elevated level of expertise needed to oversee a dynamic and diverse strategic plan. Her unique professional background helps to develop a sustainable workplace environment that educates, engages, encourages inclusive behaviors and motivates Boldt’s complex workforce.

Sam Kampo

Vice President and Controller
The Boldt Company

Sam, a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), leads the accounting and financial functions at The Boldt Company. He ensures adherence to accounting principles, practices and procedures, providing insightful analysis to support the company’s financial goals and maintain transparency. His responsibilities include overseeing accounts payable, cost accounting, financial planning and analysis, and a matrix of financial and accounting professionals across the entire organization. Sam holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in accounting, finance and economics as well as a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh.

Scott Clark

As Vice President of Business Development for The Boldt Company’s National Power & Industrial group, Scott is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of national sales and marketing activities within the industrial, power and manufacturing sectors. As part of The Boldt Company leadership team since 2005, Scott possesses a unique understanding of the business side of construction and design. His expertise includes the exploration and development of key-market growth strategies and understanding emerging technologies as they relate to Boldt clients and their opportunities. His involvement in various industry market sector groups has developed a keen awareness of owner advocacy issues.

Mark Nolta

Vice President of Corporate Estimating & Preconstruction
The Boldt Company

Mark has nearly 40 years of varied experience in estimating, structural engineering, design coordination and construction administration to his role. He facilitates excellence in estimating and preconstruction services across The Boldt Company’s operations. This includes management of a core team that supports all Boldt’s location. Mark works with project teams to prepare deliverables  to set projects up for success including all aspects of construction costs, material availability, document and constructability review, subcontractor scope and experience evaluation, construction schedules and logistics.  He also oversees implementation of all technology used during preconstruction, especially virtual design & construction.

Kerry Beck

Kerry develops and nurtures key relationships with clients, partners and suppliers in greater Milwaukee/Madison and throughout southeastern Wisconsin.

Kerry has more than 20 years’ experience in generating and building relationships across markets—including construction, healthcare, industrial, education and commercial. Most recently, Kerry served as the director employer business development for a top-ranked healthcare management services firm.

Randy Nance

Randy provides leadership, oversight and management of The Boldt Company’s Oklahoma City and Detroit offices including leading efforts to strengthen customer relationships and drive growth strategies.

Randy has 40 years of leadership and expertise in the construction industry. As a Design-Build Institute of America Certified Professional with a bachelor’s degree in construction management technology, Randy has experience in healthcare, biomedical, education and several other markets. His passion for safety, disciplined project controls and Lean waste reduction measures have paved the way for many successful projects.

Linda Rosati

Linda builds and services relationships in automotive and industrial markets nationwide. Her expertise is in selling and influencing large-scale construction projects that use collaborative delivery methods.

For 25+ years, Linda has been involved in many facets of automotive manufacturing, providing a deep understanding of clients’ needs. From metal stamping and the body shop to powertrain operations, Linda knows the ins and outs of an automotive plant. Her inquisitive nature and passion for research, coupled with her training and experience in Lean manufacturing, gives her an in-road to the new automotive technology space, where she is building new relationships in an ever-expanding market.

Mark Miller

With a foundation in civil engineering and construction management, Mark’s expertise encompasses a wide range of market sectors including dam removals, environmental contamination sites, river restoration and general contracting for recreational, retail, commercial and institutional facilities. He has dedicated the last decade of his career to the energy sector, including transmission/distribution electrical systems, wind farm and solar construction. Mark’s vision aligns with promoting sustainable energy solutions, championing the transition to EV, biogas and hydrogen technologies.

Cody Mosley

Director of Business Development

Based in The Boldt Company’s Oklahoma office, Cody creates strategic partnerships and attracts new investment opportunities in and around Oklahoma. His strong background in economic development provides critical insight into a number of client industries. He is a Certified Economic Developer (CEcD) and has held roles in municipal government, higher education and nonprofit organizations. He believes Boldt’s future in Oklahoma City includes supporting the growing aerospace and biotech sectors. Cody is always on the hunt for data that supports business development efforts and innovative design techniques that deliver client success.

Brian Brantmeier

Executive Director Design Services

Brian brings more than 30 years of mechanical engineering experience across commercial, industrial, educational and institutional markets to his role at Boldt. His extensive knowledge of heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) system design is complemented by practical field expertise. Since joining The Boldt Company in 2013, Brian has risen to the position of executive director of engineering, leading the internal engineering group. In this role, he leverages his expertise to oversee engineering projects, drive initiatives, coordinate efforts and implement innovative solutions.

Jason Krueger

Vice President & General Manager

Jason leads operations for The Boldt Company’s offices in Rochester, Minneapolis and Cloquet, Minn. and Eau Claire, Wis. He is a seasoned veteran of the construction industry, with an established history of managing large, complex projects in diverse sectors, from healthcare to heavy industrial. Jason has played a key role in Boldt’s introduction to the highly specialized proton therapy market, establishing Boldt as a national leader in proton therapy equipment installation.

Steve Lind

As Vice President and General Manager for The Boldt Company’s California operations, Steve is responsible for the financial success and growth strategies of our Sacramento and San Francisco offices. Since joining Boldt in 2006, Steve has held a variety of roles, including fiscal management for large, complex projects in the healthcare, higher education, commercial and industrial market sectors. His experience with process implementation and integrated project delivery has made him a leader in establishing successful collaborative teams.

Rob Branyan

Vice President of Labor Relations
The Boldt Company

As Vice President of Labor Relations for The Boldt Company, Rob directly supervises all aspects of Boldt’s labor relations program. This includes planning, developing, coordinating and implementing labor relations policies and procedures, as well as negotiating contracts and achieving bargaining goals.

As a strategic business partner for union and workforce development, Rob leads diverse craft staffing initiatives and provides creative solutions where labor relations shortages and challenges exist. Rob draws from three decades of collective bargaining experience on both the contractor and union side and holding numerous union positions.

John Huggett

John leads project execution and overall strategy for The Boldt Company’s Madison, Chicago and Milwaukee market offices. His vision and construction experience help to create understanding and alignment across all locations, resulting in an engaged and aligned team. From fiscal management to on-site safety and quality programs, John helps teams foresee and avoid pitfalls, recognize opportunities and maintain focus. His work in Lean process improvement and Target Value Delivery have been integral to project success.

Nathan Johnson

General Counsel
The Boldt Company

As General Counsel, Nathan serves as a strong legal professional and partner to The Boldt Company’s executive leaders. He has primary responsibility for legal matters pertaining to the company’s operations including oversight and support of Boldt’s project and commercial contracts, joint ventures, project claims and litigation matters.

Additionally, he provides strategic support for various company initiatives related to Boldt’s risk management function and other corporate strategic initiatives.
