The Boldt Company Names Jason Krueger as Leader of Minnesota Operations
Steve Schultz Assumes Role as Executive Vice President of Special Projects for The Boldt Group
APPLETON, WIS. (JULY 9, 2024) – The Boldt Company has named Jason Krueger as Vice President and General Manager of its Minnesota Operations. He assumes the role formerly held by Steve Schultz, who has accepted the new role of Executive Vice President of Special Projects for The Boldt Group.
In his new role, Krueger oversees the company’s Minnesota offices in Rochester, Minneapolis and Cloquet as well as its Eau Claire, Wis. office.
“I’m thrilled for the Boldt team and the opportunities ahead of us,” Krueger said. “We have a rock-solid foundation and culture, and everyone is focused on providing a great experience for our customers, partners and communities.”
A native of Pine Island, Minn., Krueger holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and a business certificate from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. A seasoned veteran of the construction industry, Krueger has proven experience managing complex projects in diverse sectors.
In his new role, Schultz oversees coaching and mentoring of Boldt General Managers new to their positions.

A native of Wisconsin Rapids, Wis., Schultz holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Wisconsin–Stout. He has more than 30 years of construction experience with Boldt and now provides critical support and guidance for executives in new roles
This announcement follows the naming of Dave Kievet to President and CEO of The Boldt Group.
