Webb Promoted to Group Manager for Boldt’s Michigan Office
Michael Webb has been promoted to Group Manager for The Boldt Company’s Detroit Office.
This newly established leadership role reflects Boldt’s commitment to growth in the region and delivering exceptional value to our clients and business partners. In this expanded position, Webb will lead the Michigan office and support strategic growth across the Indiana, Kentucky and Ohio markets. This includes furthering the company’s position in the automotive and industrial sectors.
As Group Manager, Webb will provide strategic leadership, oversight and operational direction to advance the success of the Michigan office and surrounding market sectors.

It requires grit, top-tier leadership and business acumen. Webb has more than 21 years of construction management experience, including four years at Boldt. Throughout his career, Webb has contributed to major initiatives for some of the industry’s most respected organizations, including General Motors, Ford Motor Company, Toyota, Rivian, Stellantis and Gerdau Steel. His experience spans facility transformations, manufacturing expansions, complex equipment installations, technical upgrades, concrete programs and large-scale roofing replacements.
Boldt’s Vice President and Operations Manager of Automotive and Industrial, Dan Schmidt adds, “Over the past few years, Mike has consistently demonstrated the tremendous value he brings to Boldt. He led strategic client projects and served as a patient and effective mentor and manager. Mike is a creative problem-solver who always leans into challenges and is willing to help. Webb earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Eastern Michigan University.
