Bellin College
Bellin College is a private nursing school and graduate school of sciences located in Bellevue, Wisconsin. Faced with growing demand, the college engaged Boldt to construct a new campus building on a larger site, enabling the school to double its annual enrollment and expand their course offerings beyond nursing to include additional graduate-level health science courses.
The new 73,000, two-story building includes health assessment labs designed to mirror clinical exam rooms, skills labs designed to mirror hospital rooms, functioning radiology and control rooms, a simulations lab, a practice lab, large-group classrooms, lecture room, executive office area with boardroom, computer resource center, library and wellness center.

Project Highlights
- The building was built close to wetlands that were not to be disturbed, which dictated building location and parking lot run off.
- The project was delivered using an IPD approach, bringing together the architect, owner, Boldt and key trade partners to collaboratively design and estimate the project.
